Stakeholder fatigue

Lack of communication and coordination between disparate planning efforts may yield stakeholder fatigue (or burnout) from too many outreach efforts. Aligning and consolidating disparate community engagement efforts across departments can save resources, help mitigate stakeholder fatigue and lead to better engagement outcomes over time.
