Metro staff should complete ongoing assessments of equity impacts, outcomes and strategies to effectively evaluate progress toward our goal of improving equitable outcomes for all Angelenos. The Office of Equity and Race provides many tools and resources for Metro staff completing equity assessments throughout a project, program or policy lifecycle.

I need to complete an Equity Platform Section for a Board Report

Reporting to the Metro Board of Directors is a critical step of our process and occurs throughout the lifecycle of Metro’s projects, programs and policies. We recommend reviewing these equity assessment resources periodically, including in early project planning, during construction, throughout implementation and once your initiative is operational.
